Shipping Policy
Welcome to Coastal Memories: We offer beautiful unique tropical treasures at reasonable prices. Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow 6-7 business days for your shipment to arrive. We will make every effort to expedite your order as quickly as possible.
We ship via UPS ground. We make every effort to package and ship your items together so that you save on shipping.
Once your order is shipped you will be notified by email.
At this time we are unable to ship International.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipments: We ship all packages addressed to Hawaii and Alaska via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air only. If your order is address to one of these states and express shipping was not added to your order, you will be notified by email before your order is shipped with a shipping quote for your approval prior to processing your order.
Puerto Rico, Guam & Other U.S. Territories: Shipment to all U.S. Territories are shipped via UPS Global. You will be notified by email before your order is shipped with a shipping quote for your approval prior to processing your order.
Reshipping Charges: A reshipping fee of 15% will be charged when:
- The customer enters an incorrect shipping address on the order and we have to reship the package.
- The above also applies in the event that the customer was not available to sign for the package and UPS returns the package to us.
- If an order has already been shipped and the customer refuses delivery of the package to cancel an order, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and Coastal Memories will not refund the shipping charges.
Return Policy
Coastal Memories offer 100% satisfaction on our merchandise. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to do one of the following:
- Replace the item.
- Exchange the item for another ( difference in prices will be billed (accordingly).
- Issue a refund for the returned item (less 15% restocking fee).
- Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
- All returns must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.
- All returns must be approved by Coastal Memories before an item can be returned. Once your request has been emailed and received and information verified, return instructions will be sent.
- All returns must be sent postage paid. C.O.D.’s will not be accepted.
- Coastal Memories is not responsible for any lost or damaged returned items. We strongly suggest that you insure your items that are being returned.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If you receive a package that is damaged please email us within 7 calendar days of receiving your package. We will contact you and explain our damage claim process.
All our shipments are sent fully insured via UPS. Please keep all original packaging. We will do our best to send you a replacement immediately.
If you find a manufacturing defect in our product we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund including shipping and handling charges along with sales tax if charged.
Coastal Memories may also send a return shipment call-tag for the item(s) that may be damaged or defective.
